Our sustainability challenge is to reduce our carbon footprint, for which we have implemented several initiatives, such as transforming 100% of the hot bedding into compost for later use in the fields, adhering to the environmental regulations outlined in our Environmental Qualification Resolution (RCA).

We have Photovoltaic Installation!

A photovoltaic installation is the set of all the components of an electricity generation system using solar energy once they are already installed, connected and ready to operate.
The operation of this type of installation of photovoltaic solar panels, that is, the procedure by which the installation converts the sun's radiation into electrical energy, makes our solar panels that make up the installation are composed of photovoltaic solar cells thus favoring the production of our meat and its incredible quality.

Efficient water use and carbon footprint reduction

Sustainability is not just a word, it is a philosophy that guides every decision we make. From responsible water and land management to the implementation of renewable energy practices, we strive to minimize our environmental impact and preserve the natural beauty for future generations. Therefore, now the challenge in sustainability is to try to reduce our carbon footprint, for which we are carrying out various initiatives such as transforming 100% of our hot beds into compost for later use in the fields, respecting the environmental standards described in our RCA. Another action is to reduce and make more efficient use of water, through irrigation and channeling technology, and water storage; key actions for good water use.
